PSA Zeebrugge, more than just an employer

We implement a competitive remuneration policy, with equitable wages. Next to this, our employees also receive meal vouchers and are covered by group insurance and hospitalization insurance policies.

Every year, we organize an evaluation of our employees and executives, whereby performance is linked to a bonus.

We are aware of the fact that the work-life balance is important for every one of us. We try to do our bit with various initiatives such as:
- childcare for sick children
- flexible start and end times (not in operational departments).

We also pay more than average attention to training.
Every year we organize approximately an impressive number of trainings, including technical and general skills and management training courses, of the traditional class-room variety as well as using alternative methods.

Our terminals use a shift work system. That is not always obvious for everybody. It comes with an added benefit, however, in that you have free time during office hours. Day-care, a visit to the post office or the bank… it all becomes a lot easier for many of our employees.
